My very first marketing video ever, for BOESMAN AND LENA.
This is the very first time I went out marketing for a show (BOESMAN AND LENA). This was the Beta testing of my marketing platform. From this experience I began to revise and adapt my platform to achieve better results.
BOESMAN AND LENA
This was my first attempt at making something a little more engaging to describe a stage movie I helped make.
Sign #1 for street marketing
I used 2 different signs to market BOESMAN AND LENA. Here is one of them.
"Romeo and Juliet"
I played Mercutio in the production produced by Shakespeare's Associates, producers of the Livermore Shakespeare Festival. I am an Artistic Associate them and have done about 5 productions with them including 1 directing credit.
"Killer Joe": my most effective campaign
Here is the campaign I ran for the show Killer Joe. I was the Title character. The marketing campaign for this show was a bit controversial and attracted much attention on the streets.
Ouroboros: A palidrome play
This video was primarily editted on my iphone. I wont be doing that again, but at the time it was the only computer I had access to to make a promotional video. It is a bit slow, and did not turn out to great. But it still got attention.
MINDFUCK was my first and only attempt at a one-man show. I had this web site developed as promotional material. At the time, it was cutting edge work. This website predates all of the videos up above. I guess from here, I really started to think about marketing in more innovative ways.
