My money-back-guarantee is simple: Buy your ticket from me, on this site, and you are automatically eligible for my MBG. Then come to the show. You’ll enjoy it. But in the off chance you are one of those super rare individuals who does not find my character / performance entertaining, bold and believable, I will refund your money.
I believe when you watch the STAGE MOVIE I help create, you will not feel like you are watching “an actor” on stage. You will feel as if you can be absorbed into the world of the character (that is entertaining, bold and believable).
In order to receive you refund, you must do 1 of 2 things. #1 Contact me directly after the show and say “uhh, you know what Mike? You owe me a refund.” #2 Contact me via email, within 24 hours of seeing the show with an explanation of why you feel you deserve a refund (you must also email proof of a purchased ticket)
There will be times I will not be in a show and of course you will not be able to buy tickets to a show I’m not in that doesn’t exist (Michael smiles at his own non-sense). But when I’m in a show you should be one of the first to know. Why? Listen up. This is important.
The MBG I’m able to offer is EXCLUSIVE. The tickets I offer are limited. That means they will be in demand. That means they can be hard to get. So in order for you to be one of the first to know when I’m in a show and when those tickets go on sale, SIGN UP on my email notification list. That way you will have first dibs on the tickets. Otherwise it is quite likely you will miss out. Don’t be a misser outer.

P.S.Just to reiterate, I am going to be completely transparent with you. I will not sell or give your information to anyone or any company with the EXCEPTION of any company that you recieve a ticket and or MBG from.
In other words if you come see me in a show, I will provide your contact info to the company in question. But I will never give it to anyone or any entity beyond that. That’s just the way I operate

- You can only get your money back by talking to me after the show, or writing me an emailed explanation (w/in 24 hours) as to why you want your money back (while providing proof of ticket)
- Explanation must be a coherent explanation as to why you did not find my character entertaining, bold and believable
- Must allow me to use your explanation as a testimonial on my website
- In person refund request will be video taped
- Refund is only applicable to my performance. I am not responsible for the story line and will not refund your money if you did not like the story line
- In no way shape or form is my MBG the responsibility of the theatre company I am performing at. They are in no way shape or form responsible for refunding money and they WILL not refund your money if you ask them. So don’t. The MBG is only available to people who buy their tickets from me, Michael Wayne Rice.
